Can anybody tell me if Integrity advance or ez cash media is legal in hawaii? I am with Langhorne debt solutions. I told them that I paid $390.00 in interest and principle for a payday loan I took out with Integrity Advance for $300.00. They are telling me if I
pay loans on your own, you are paying interest every 2 weeks unless you had asked them for a payoff figure and paid it off. Is this correct can someone please help me?

Neither of those are listed in your state licensee data base, so, all you would owe them is the principal amount you borrowed to begin with, less whatever payments you have given them so far, including interest or fees. Since you are now with Langhorn it would be up to them to deal with these companies, that's what you're paying them to do. I just hope they won't negotiate with these illegal lenders and pay them more then they should legally get.

NONE are licensed in your state to lend to your residents, you can check the licensee data base yourself at the links below to be certain:

You could definitely take care of this on your own, why pay someone else to do what you can effectively do yourself, I wouldn't. You really need to get your bank account closed first and foremost. Then you need to read the link below on how to deal with illegal lenders, do not skip ANY steps, follow it step by step and it will guide you through the whole process of dealing with these lenders.
