EZMONEY in Texas

I'm on a payment plan with EZMoney and I've missed a payment. I spoke to the collections agent and told him I did not have enough of my paycheck to pay them. My rent and car inspection were due. The collections guy said they couldnt hold it until my next payday, so I told him, sorry I dont have it now! I owe $300. Are they not going to accept anymore payments or will they file charges against me ?

I am not sure if they will send it off to a collection agency for only 1 missed payment. Mostly likely they will just harrass you over the phone until you can make another payment on your payday.
If you can maybe make a double payment on your next payday.
