Hello
i would like to know what rights i have with as it relates to the pay day loans i have in texas. i have faced a big drop in pay since i work on commission which has affected my pay check tremendously.I have closed my bank account and i am concerned as to whether i should consutl an attorney to help me negotiate the outstanding loans i have to work out some repayment plan.
