I have a payday loan with Fast and Reliable Cash, it is an internet company and the original loan was for $300. I have paid $455, and they are telling me that I still owe them $317.50.

Can anyone please help?

Certainly we can, but we need little more information from your side.

Which state are you from? We need to find out whether or not this lenders are legal to operate in your state.

You can read the state pdl laws in the following link.

( Just thinking outloud..)Ya know, sometimes, when I get into a 'bind', I DO consider getting another PDL. But,...honestly....when I see posts like this (that someone is paying DOUBLE of the what the ORIGINAL PDL is), it sure changes my mind! Just wanted to put my '2 cent' comment in.
