365fastcash.com - website is missing all of a sudden

Hmmmmmmm, I did a search also, and couldn't get the site page to load, maybe their website is down for some reason. Perhaps someone will be along shortly who may have more info for you. When was the last time you logged in there?

Although when I googled it, it was still listing, the site may be down.

been down for two days now...i called the 800 number and left a message...i found a bunch of complaints from people who had a loan with them and they say nobody is calling them back and the site has been down for awhile...sounds fishy to me...

Yeah I ran into a few blogs where there were several complaints from people stating the same as you, from what I have read about this company on the Internet thus far, they don't sound like a very good company, have you had any problems with them prior to this, just curious?

Its nothing new, they probably cahnged there name and location. like all of these pdls do. They will contact you.

so does anyone know if this company is operating legally here in the US or in my state of TX?

Don't know if they really are the criminal masterminds claimed in that blog, but there is no record of them being licensed to make loans anywhere. I did a "WhoIS" search on the site - which of course has NO contact info. Created and hosted by a proxy registry out of Panama.

No one should get a payday loan, but if you must remember this rule of thumb when dealing with companies that have toll-free numbers only, proxy registries, no addresses on their documents etc.

i entered their name on yahoo and it came up with a bunch of complaints on the company. some say its a scaM

i have tryed to contact the loan company to pay my loan off completely and can't get a responce. Yet they took mt payment out friday 3-14-08. I am and would avise everyone with a loan with 365fastcash to stop auto payment at thier banks until they contact us. seems to me they are just taking out payment and not letting us pay off our loans.

I can't get a hold of them or visit their site...

Let me tell you I had a PDL with this company for $200. I paid $148 on the principal and then revoked ACH authorization. I offered to pay the remaining $52 owed. I tried sending all my letters through their online customer service ticket system or whatever. I went back and forth with them and they never provided me an address to send payment. I had a prior loan with them and paid atleast $800 bucks on a $200 loan. Ridiculous I know :x They did change websites recently to 365fastcah(dot)net. They have no contact phone #, address, or email. They claim to only do business online, WTH! I gave up and told them I consider this matter closed due to refusal of their company providing me payment address info. If they didn't want their $52 bucks screw em.

I will tell you they are an offshore lender which makes them ILLEGAL as all heck. They also are not licensed in the US. I have done research and found out they switch names to debit peoples accounts. Some names include:

They are a horrible company to deal with and offer loans through third party solicitation. They also do "VERBAL" agreements which is highly ILLEGAL :x To this day I log into my account and the so called "arrears" charges keep adding up and they say I owe over $600. Who are they kidding, I will jump off a cliff before I ever provide any bank account information to them again. Oh, but they will tell you that the only way to pay them off is to provide them with new bank info. Ok, fooled me once, but not twice :evil:

LLW, I tried both domains(@)sky-ip.com and luca.mueller1(@)gmail.com for 365fastcash(dot)net. They both went through unreturned. We will see if I get a response anytime soon...lol. :lol:

anyaroberts. . .sometimes I send an email through just asking about their PDLs just to see if it gets returned. I sent one through to the 247advances and it never got returned to me. Didn't get a response either. I guess we'll wait and see what happens.
