Hi again!!! Had a call from Fast Loans (storefront) they are telling me that they are ready to garnish my husbands wages for this loan that i took out not him. Is this true can they for a loan thats not his and its been only 4 wks since the loan was due. I told them I'd pay 1/2 on the 30th but she just happily told me how they would take it all out of my husbands check so dont bother.

I wish I had an answer for you but I am sure that someone on this board does. I have only dealt with internet loans and they are prohibited in my state. Rather than advise incorrectly I would defer to someone who can give you the info you need. Hang tight. Help is on the way.
