Ok, I am slowly getting there. Here is my status.

Integrity - settled, they are accepting payment on 1/22/10.
Fast&Reliable - Settled for 4 payments every 2 wks only 1 NFS fee & Principal.
Norstarcash - Dept of Corps is handling, I faxed over my copies of my contracts last week. There is a C&D is California since 2/09. I owe $315
VIPloanshop - I will be pissing them off this week when I send a letter demanding a PIF....over paid
Discountadvances - E-mailed a letter to cpdcustomerservice(at)creditprotectiondepot.com and it came back not a valid e-mail, Does anyone have something different? I need to get my letter stating the are PIF. over paid
Oneclickcash & Unitedcashloans - I keep sending my letter with all my infor. stating they are illegal and I will only pay remaining prinicipal, but still have not heard back from them. UGH !!! have been speaking with the Depart. of Corps on this one too. They are really wanting to put a stop to this company. I owe $300 & $200.

So I am getting calls from either unknown or blocked but I will not answer them at all. As they call my job I tell them to never ever call here again. I want to thank everyone here I am slowly calming down even though there are still some bad days.


I just responded to the BBB on Unitedcashloans. They sent that stupid response to them about my complaint being from the internet stuff. So I responded by stating that they themselves are using a template and did not address the true issue that they care big time illegal and are not licensed to do business in Cali. I stated that I will only pay them the remaining principal and will not accept their response at all.

I do need to deal with VIPloanshop, but for some reason I am a little scared of them not sure why, being they owe me $602 back. I will be sending them my letter today stating I will only accept a PIF from them and nothing else and I will continue to complain about them till they do. I am thinking of just sending them the same letter like 2 or 3 times a week just to drive them crazy, and may be they will just want to get rid of me. Crossing my fingers.

Ok, need some advise, got a call from 866-631-8457 theloancenter ie:norstar. They left a mess for me to call. Not sure any of my letters are being received but I do know they are completely illegeal and Cali has a D&C order. last week spoke with the Attorneys at the Dept. of Corp. so not sure should I call or should I ignore them right now.

great, the guy got me on the phone and tells me if i dont give my banking info they are sending me to 3rd party collections. ugh!!! made me sick to my stomach. I told him norstar is illegal then he tells me they are not norstar that they took over their loans, what a joke of how to cover up a illegal pdl. I told him he is never getting my banking info and to never call my job again. I am so nervous & scared right now. Did I do the right thing? Cause the C&D order does not work on them if they are not norstar.

The are PDL Ventures, they are saying they are ran on Tribal land so they are except. Sorry for freaking out, but having a bad day today. I really need a e-mail for them so I can start flooding them with e-mails. The guy from the Department of Corp. did say next time he calls give him his number and tell them to call him, cause he would love to speak with them on this. I am so tires today.

PDL Ventures is the same as Impact Cash.... I send them emails daily showing that they owe me a refund.... cs at rbtloans dot com. Just keep it up they can't do anything to you besides annoy the crud out of you and they will find someone else to do that to and give up on you. My new standard response to ANYONE who manages to get me on the phone (like when I am expecting a call and pick up without thinking and it's one of thes PIA people) I just say I no longer have a bank account because of to much fraudulent activity on it from illegal vendors. The legit companies work with me the others can p*ss off for all I care.

BTW if you have to "freak out" I think this is the best place to do it because really it's sort of anonymous anyway and you don't look like a crazy person to everyone else around you then. We all have our moments and these places seem to be able to push buttons I didn't even know I had in terms of fear (at least I don't let them get me to the self loating part anymore ;)
