I started out with 4 pdl's now I have 2 PIF and two left to deal with. I did receive an email from Lakota, and now I think they have sent me to collections. I get calls from a FBCS. I also have Starcash but I have not heard anything from them unless this collection call is from them. Have any of you dealt with FBCS? I need to know what to do next.
If the PDL is an illegal one, it doesn't matter whether the loan
If the PDL is an illegal one, it doesn't matter whether the loan has gone to collections or not. It cannot change the status of the loan to a legal one.
