I have 6 pdl's in Texas. One storefront, and 5 online. I have been paying on these loans for so long, I am not even sure how much I have paid them total. I have robbed Peter to pay Paul for so long, but I am now finally drowning and cannot continue paying the fees.

CashNet USA $850
CashNet USA $800
FBD $1000.00
Ace Cash Express $325.71
Loan Shop Online $500
Cash Express(storefront) $800

I just don't know what to do anymore. I am so tired of not making ends meet but I do not know where to turn. I do not have a relative or friend that I can borrow from to get out of this situation.

I will get paid on Friday and after paying all my fees- I will not have enough money to live until the end of the month and the next payday. Please help.

Someone will come along in a little bit to help you further. But in the meantime, you need to determine whether or not these lenders are licensed to do business in Texas. If they are illegal lenders, then you will only owe them the principal balance.

Except Loan Shoop Online, all the other PDL lenders are legal and you have to pay back the loan as per the guidelines of the loan document. If you having problem in repaying them, you can contact them and ask for repayment plans and arrangements.

As for the illegal PDL lenders, click on the following link to know how to deal with them: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html

Contact Cashnet USA first, they appear to be your biggest problem... Tell them straight up that you are encountering financial difficulties that render you unable to make the payment as stipulated in the contract, and ASK for a payment plan. They can and will stop collecting interest and fees, and work out a payment plan for you. In my experience, you actually get a couple of chances with them, but you've got to go about this in good faith and do your best to pay them what you say you will pay them, when you say you will pay it. They DO have a legal leg to stand on, and they eventually will sue if you default on a large amount like that.
