FBD and Elastic Stretch: Need info

I am still trying to find out information on how to handle these installment loans. I am in Ohio. FBD is out of Delaware Bank and Elastic is Urban Trust Bank. I took a loan for $600 and owe $1200 from FBD (paid $600 already) and have an installment loan from Elastic for $400 and paid $300.
