Please help. I've been reading the boards but I need some additional support.
I'm in OK.
My list is
CMG Group 300/paid 450 in finance charges
FBD Loans 500/paid 263.37 in finance
FloBridge Group 300/paid 81.97
Gov Emp 600/paid 264
NLS CashAdv 12 375/paid 667.50
PDLNow 200/paid 380
CashNet USA 300/paid 0
I am not behind on any of these yet. I would like to settle these myself but I am nervous.

Oklahoma requires Internet payday lenders to be licensed in your state,

I looked over the OK website trying to locate a licensee data base, maybe you will have better luck. If they aren't licensed then they should not have extended you a loan, that means you would only owe them the amount you borrowed to begin with, less any payments you have already made.

You need to recheck your contract for FBD, the chances of them giving you a personal loan is pretty high and not a payday loan. Same goes for Cashnetusa.
I doubt if any of your other lenders are licensed. If they aren't following the payday loan laws below the likelihood of them being licensed is slim.

Thanks for the help. I just sent emails to revoke ACH for CMG, PDL, and GOV Emp. The rest are in the works. GOV Emp. sent me an email back with info to mail payments too. They did try to tell me that I needed to abide by the laws in the state they are located (Delaware). I did talk to my bank and I've set up a new bank account. They have stated that they will not tie my old account to the new one. I bank at a small credit union.

My question now is, now do I just wait to see what happens? After all of the angst and anxiety over this, I'm still in defensive mode.
