First Captiol Recovery

I have been receiving phone calls from First Captiol Recovery collections. This is in result from closing my bank acct, and not letting Sagamore debit my account.

I have requested 3 times, that they send me a validation letter, and they have not complied.

Should I assume this company is not legitimate? I cannot find any information on them on the internet.
