Hi everyone!! Just wondering if anyone has heard of this compnay, and if they are legal in California. I recieved a $500 loan via the internet and now am paying a set fee of 79.02, which includes a new finace charge each time. to date, I have already paid $ 474, and once i am done, I will have paid $948.24!!
IS this legal?

I have had loans with FBD (First Bank of Delaware) The do charge interest every week, but they do give they option to pay the loan off early without all that interest, basically, if you keep the loan for all 12 weekly payments (or what ever you agreed too), you will pay more than double for the loan. I do think FBD is legal in some states. I paid this company only $50 in interest for an 800 loan, I paid it off in 1 week.

Yes this is from First Bank of Delaware. I thought that this one was legal as well, but just wanted to be sure. The contract is easy to understand, I can access my account at any time, and it is very easy to reach them at any time. The other loans that I have out, however, are much more difficult to communicate with.
They are
The Cash Spot.com
Payday Max.com
and
The VIP Loan Shop.com
Have you hear of any of these companies?

I have used FDB loans many times- it hurts but less than the other companies you mentioned. Bank of Delaware is a large secure (as can be in this economy) bank and subject to regulations and policies of a large bank. Therefore, your customer service and fairness of repayment options for a non-credit check loan are excellent. I have never had a problem. And actually, they are reasonable for a non-secured no credit loan...just NEVER take more than three months to pay it off and try to half the loan in the first month at least.

FB is not reasonable, they take advantage of a bad situation. Thas BS about them being reasonable is coming from a an enployee.:(. if you wind pay double the amount that you took out is far, and you consider that fair? then I can fart rainbows!!!
