today has been a BAD day with the repeated calls. And our friends are back, the ones who call from "federal bureau of department of investigation" or whatever they call themselves this week. You know the ones... they tell you they will file suit at 11 tomorrow and good luck to you. The ones who wont tell you who they are calling for, cant fax or email or have a address. yeah, those guys. They called my work 12 times in under an hour. Told me to call Alan Parker back at 714-598-4246 (um noo) did not call back and they called again. My co-worker told them I had been fired for getting too many calls at work. Then they started on the cell phone. finally answered and they started the spiell they always do "allow me to read this in its entirity blah blah blah." Forgot myself for a moment and actually tried to talk to this idiot about cease and desist. GRRRRRRR

Then he tells me he is going to contact my work (fine) and contact my references (whatever) He asked if I had ever been charged with federal charges before and I figured what the heck, so I told him "yeah I have numerous times." He asked did I have any judgements against me and i said "you mean those 3 wage garnishments I already have? Cause the judge said those have to be paid off before anyone else can garnish me" I know lying is wrong, but so are these jerks.

Why do they ask that? Is it to try to intimidate you, or would knowing that help their scam out?

Have a great day guys and lets keep our chins up. It will end one day.

oh man! I have wanted to so tell those jerks!

I have had 5 calls today. 3 of them were threatening me with charges, being arrested, jail...........etc.

And they will all call me again tomorrow, as they do everyday!

So tomorrow I will say:

GOOD! I am ready to go to jail so send them to arrest me. At least when in jail they feed you, and I cant even afford to buy a meal. They are turning my electric off tomorrow, so no more hot water to take a shower. In jail they have hot water. They are turning my phone off this Friday for being 3 months past due. In jail you get one call per day, and its to someone you want to talk to, not bill collectors. And the other 2 collectors that has been calling me cant scare me with the arrest and jail threat because I will already be in jail.
