Things have gone from bad to really bad. I have two garnishments federal and state taxes. I desparate needed money So I went to the internet and got payday loans, way too easy!!! I now have no money left each payday after they take their payments. I have 7 loans!! I know ,what was I thinking right? I realize this is all my fault but I need help. I know I am responsible for these loans but I need to also have money to live on. Do I have to close my back account and then call all the payday loan companies and try to negoiate or is there a company that can do this for me?

Shirley, you must mention where you reside to get help. Payday lending laws differ from one state to another. Also, please mention your lenders, amount borrowed from them and amount repaid till date in your next post. We can then look up the state laws to decide your next course of action.

I live in Oregon. None of the PDL companies are here. All internet sites from deleware to neveda and beyond

500 Cash $300.00 paid $90.00
Ameriloan $300.00 paid $410 and have 5 more payments
Sagamore $100.00 paid $$150
Wilmington Cash Mart/KRRS $ 200 $0
FBD Loans $500 paid $ 456.95 with 7 payments left
PDL (Rocky Mountain) $300 paid $625 with 2 payments left $100 each
Ace Cash $300 paid $90

Oregon requires Internet Payday Lenders to be licensed in your state, you can check and see if they are licensed at the link below:
http://www4.cbs.state.or.us/ex/all/mylicsearch/index.cfm?fuseaction=main.show_main&group_id=20&profession_id=20&profession_sub_id=20000

FBD isn't a payday lender so they wouldn't need to be licensed as a payday lender, I am uncertain about Wilmington Cash Mart/KRR, if that is a store front lender then they are legal.
