WesternSky/Cash Call in Florida
I am having some trouble with the math - we have been paying for over a year, and I have sent extra and after a year the payoff is more than we borrowed!
On a $2600 loan we have paid over $3000 in a year.
I was going to send them a cease and desist letter and refuse to pay but I am worried about my credit report (okay about my wife's, mine is already a disaster). Still, my understanding is that there is little they can do...

I am no attorney but it seems that the Federal Judge sided with Cash Call and Western Sky. Or am I misreading this?

This is old. Since them CC has been found out. The order has been reversed since there is no arbitration. Also FLOFR has a C&D against them. I have posted all of this information previously on the boards.
CashCall
I am having same issue with CashCall, live in Fl.
I saw the item on my credit report and attempted to dispute and got back loan summary showing my payments, etc.
So when I add up my payments I have made. I have well paid off CashCall and they are reporting me on my credit report as charge off since stop making my payments.
The account was opened in 12/06 and on 1/13 they resubmit again to stay on my file.
