Hi. I got a call from a consolidation Co. about my wife's payday advance loans. Many of her loans are from groups that people on your site have bad things to say about. This group said they will use Federal Regulation E to consolidate her loans so she pays only a few Hundred $'s a month. I'm cautious but want to help her. After three different phone transfer's i got a man at Payless Financial Group. He was very helpful until i told him they would have to wait about a week for us to use there service. He didn't even give me a web site to check his company. Do you Know if this group is honest?
Why are they calling you
Why are they calling you about your wife's loans, that is a violation in its own if you are not on the loans, first of all.. and secondly not sure what Fed Reg E has to do with saving you money - it as to to with electronic fund transfers.. Instead of consolidating the loans - tell us who they are with and how much borrowed and how much repaid - some of the lenders may not even be legal - what state are you in?
