. I understand that the Federal Trade Commission stopped Western Sky from issuing loans on Sept.3,2013. The core of the problem seems to be steming from the State of Delaware and California contact them at the source and ask them if they intend to do something about this i.e. put a cap on their interest rates or revoke their license to operate in their state. Western Sky, CashCall, to Delbert Service. What 'trickle down tyranny'. All of you should take the 'bull by the horns' and contact the state offices with emails or regular mail Governor of Delaware, Jack Markell, also Delaware's Attorney General Joseph Biden, Governor of California, Edmund Brown and the State of Ca. Offices. God Bless!

okay a little adult education for the OP and the dope above me.

1)the state in which the borrower resides in is where they file complaints as that is the state where the laws are enforced
2)alot of states because of said complaints are filing actions against all three entities
3)this is a scam that has been going on for almost two years as cashcall was drummed out of just about every state as they didn't want to conform to the changes in CSO'S as well as pdl's
4)because of point two the ACH processor has cutoff bot western sky and cashcall

bottomline this thread makes absolutely no sense and is locked as of now.

In all honesty, you can thank the state of New York and Benjamin Lawsky for bringing down Western Sky Financial -- not the FTC. I have been posting on all of this for over a year and you can find information pertaining to each state that has banned them, etc. in my previous posts. The FTC does have a lawsuit pending, as do I, but Superintendent Lawsky's warning to the ACH processors, banks and national ACH clearing house put the nail in the coffin for them. Cash Call, the de facto lender, is scrambling to get around the shut down to continue collecting on these illegal loans by transferring them to Delbert -- owned by Cash Call.
