[COLOR=black]I am feeling overwhelmed, distraught, over this entire situation! [/COLOR]
[COLOR=black]I made “one†payment to Advance Me Today for $50.00 (it’s all I had at the time). When I called to make arrangements to pay the balance ($450.00) the collector Mr. Greene, literally freaked out on me! Since I didn’t have a $100.00 for the next payment! [/COLOR]
[COLOR=black]This man; screamed at me: To get in my car; drive to where ever I had too, and get his money! He also told me would call my employer’s computer department, and report my banking activity as fraudulent! Since I have not paid back off, the entire loan. He also threatened to send a “process server†to my place of my employment. [/COLOR]
[COLOR=black]He has threatened to continually call my references, and call me at work, until the balance is paid! [/COLOR]
[COLOR=black]When “I†called back later, in the day Mr. Greene, told me to stop calling, Advance Me Today, or they would report me for harassment to the Philadelphia Police! [/COLOR]
[COLOR=black]I am afraid Advance Me Today, will call my employer! [/COLOR]
[COLOR=black]I don’t know what to do…..[/COLOR]
first off
you report this idiot to your police as he is harrassing you.secondly did this cretin send you anything in writing?if not then don't pay him another dime until he does.if the loser calls your job hang up on him.tell your boss and everyone else that this is a scammer calling and to hang up as well.easy as pie.

what fraudulant activity?the fact that they lent you illegaly.that is the only fraudulant activity here.they are blowing smoke every time you talk to them.you must inform your boss of this person.they should be your ally,not your enemy here.
