Fees for ACH Revoke

I've seen a few banks that do not speak of fees for ACH revoke, but clearly speak about stop payment fees. I've also seen a few banks that have revised their stop payment request form to now include an ACH revoke request. On those forms the bank clearly states that fees will be charged.
Although I believe we shouldn't have to pay any fees, one should be prepared to do so depending on your bank.

I worked for Wells and there is no charge for ACH revocation. The customer should not be charged a fee...since you revoked the ACH rights, any ACH's that submitted are fraudulent and unauthorized.
