Class 6 Felony in Virginia

Hello All,
I've just talked to a very nice lady from a The Virginia Fair Loans org. She gave me the statue for illegal payday loans in Virginia. Statue 6.2-1825 Class 6 Felony. It is a class 6 felony to lend PDL to Virginia residents through the internet or other unlicensed lenders! She also said that since it is a felony it is up to me weather I pay them back the principle or nothing. I'm going to pay them back but at my terms even if it is a small amount each month!
I did put that in my letters that I sent out to these illegal lenders. So far Magnum Cash Advance sent a long winded letter and basically said my loan was Paid in Full. Seems like I'd seen the same letter on the forum somewhere else!
I haven't heard from CashJar, Plain Green, and 247 Greenstreet. I mean, they must have tried to debit my closed account with no luck what so ever! Every time the phone rings I think it is one of them! I'll keep you posted on the other lenders.
