Try typing the name of the payday loan company into the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum, you should be able to locate addresses at this forum, also try the BBB. If you still can't find an address, just ask. :)

Most AG's websites and on their is a area where to can file a complaint. I filed a complaint with both the AG and BBB against a PDL company. I the complaint if had to list as much info about the company as I could. Doing this help the AG and BBB for forward fasted with your claim because they won't have to do as much research. Also, in my BBB complaint, I had to indicate how I would like to resolve the issue, i.e., paying on the principal of the loan, get a refund for any over-payment and/or a they willing to settle. When I filed my complaints, the BBB and Ohio AG called me within a week. With regard as to how to find company's info use the internet. Also, if you have a phone number, use the links in my signature about "who call me". If you need anything further let me know.

if you still do not have all of the information i would still file, just put N/A for address. Partial information is better than none but it is still best to fill in whatever you can.
