I received a call from Mr. Davis saying that they had file a Felony charge for closing my bank account with chase and not paying the loan that if i did not pay by Monday i was getting served to go to court on Wednesday and start my charges of felony. Is OPD a legal loan company in California and can they do this? I am really scared they also mentioned that they had gone to the los angeles county to file and that if i don't pay the sheriffs will be out to my work to subpena me. So i gave them a prepaid card number to charge. But should i not pay??

You CANNOT be charged with a felony...debts are civil, not criminal. They are acting illegal

File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately

OPD Solutions

They even mentioned that they did a background check on me to see if i had a any felony's or misdemeanors and they said i was cleared. Well im not i do have a misdemeanor for a spousal confrontation so that means they did not check my background. Also you would think that they will not notify me that i will be sued if i don't make a payment arrangement they will just serve you and get it over with. I did call my chase bank and asked if there was any investigation done to do with fraud and they said there are no notes that anyone besides me had called.
