feeling a little better

I filed a claim against One Click Cash today. The bank account is finally closed and we are using the new one now. I feel a little better. The credit union says they will investigate and I will know next week if I get the $80.00 they took from me after I revoked their authorization to debit my account. Should I be doing anything else? I am tempted to e-mail them a nasty letter but I will refrain and keep it civil but I am going to request a PIF at least. From what I've been reading only one person has gotten a refund. I also had put UCL off for a month and am going to try the same thing with them. Any body have a letter I can look at for inspiration telling them they fraudulently accessed my account? Should I be complaining to someone also?
