florida pay day loan help

Any help would be appreciated. I need help please.
Today I filed complaints with florida division of financial services as I was told by them that these lenders are illegal in florida:
My silver safe.com, plain green loans, mobile loans, western Sky, which is now serviced by Delbert, Spot Loans and fleet marketing, also know as The money fleet.
Out of all these, I have paid western sky, thru Cash call a total of $2178.00, with a two year contract at $198.00 a month??
My silver safe: took out $3160.00 over the course of three years and have paid them over $13000.00 in fees???
Plain green , I took a loan our in May, 2013 for $1400.00, this was my second loan with them, I have paid them so far $735.45 so far, my first loan was paid in full also with similar rates, so I feel I havfe already overpaid them? Adv please.
Mobile Loans, Total taken our $1860.00 during the course of about 9 months, have paid them up to this date $2711.09.
Fleet marketing: $500.00 loan in June, 2013. Have paid them $150.00.
Spot Loan: $800.00 in august 2013, have paid them $129.00.
Shall I e mail all of these lenders before I get the response back from the State of Florida. And Shall I request a refund from the ones that I have already overpaid?

All of the above mentioned lenders are illegal in Florida. It would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
