I live in pa have been dealing with these companies.With much of the same results as the rest of the people whom have dealt with them.Pa dept of banking has filed a recent enforcement action against westernsky cash call.My question is why can't i find an attourney in pa willing to handle suing them?


I understand completely. I couldn't find anyone in my state either. I fought long and hard to find attorney that would file lawsuit on my behalf. It seems like anything to do with tribal immunity no one wants to touch but the second that there is a possibility of a class action succeeding, they will all be lining up to take the case.

In my state of pa they haven't stated they are going after delbert financial but iam sure they are.I have filed a complaint with the ftc as well as the california ag office.The ag office responded to my inquiry with a letter stating that cashcall is dba as delbert services just a little bit of info.
