I've been battling Cash Call, Equifax, and Experian to get them removed from my credit report. I've had the BBB and CFPB and FTC all involved to no avail. They are all a bunch of toothless tigers.
I just fired off my Intent to Sue letter to Cash Call today. Hopefully this gains traction. My next steps will be to File Suit against Cash Call, as well as ITS letters to both Experian and Equifax for willful non compliance.

In Texas -- 5 rounds of disputes with the CRAs and all that has gotten me is marked as a friv dispute. I currently have a lawsuit pending against Western Sky and CashCall -- I am trying to get the CRAs enjoined as well as they are negligently reporting these fraudulent loans. If I make any headway, I will keep you posted.

Thanks. I already have experian on 5 violations for their stupid previously investigated form letter and refusal to answer my procedural requests. They've not deemed the disputes frivolous so they by law are required to re-investigate but they refuse so i wanna get them on a few more violations then i'll be taking experian to court.
