Help I defaulted on Internet payday loss in pa and am now receiving calls at work. They have even called my boss an told him they are filing criminal charges against me can they do this?

You are being scammed...

You are being scammed....payday loans are illegal in PA. Report whoever is calling you to your local police department!!

File a complaint against them

File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.
