UCL was.....was, one of my ipdls that I defaulted on and over paid. After filing to the BBB and the AG they responded to settle. I paid them a small amount in addition to what I had already paid to get the pif and be done with them. That was at least 3 months ago. This morning I get this:

Quote:

I did not apply again...how does this happen?????? I deleted all their info and links off my computer when I got the PIF. This just agravates me to no end!!!!!

I tried to reply and ask them to remove me from their mailing list etc. but it came back, of course, undeliverable!!!!!

morningstarr, send a friggin email to the compliance department and ask them WTF they are doing sending this to you! It frightens me to no end what they may be up to. I'd want an answer and I'd want it in writing. Stupid jerks. Sorry. I'll calm down now.

That's why I say send an email to the complaince department and get an answer. You know how these guys can be, morningstarr. I do not trust them for anything. Lord only knows if they're trying to run your information through again (that they had on file) as a new loan. I would not even put that past them. I know you're freaking! That's why it's good to post it. Someone will tell you "Now, morningstarr, send an email to the compliance department." ME!

Hi morning! Probably a stupid question on my part, but you did close your checking account out that they were debitting from, right? Just concerned that they might try to debit again...There is no telling what these people will do. I had to deal with them, too. They are not very nice at all.

Oh yes, sorry you were denied for a loan that you didn't even apply for!!!
They crack me up! It's like they are saying, "ahhh, poor you..." :-)
