After reading this forum for about a month, I finally got the nerve to close my account, send ACH letters to all 4 of my payday loan companies. I also have one storefront here in town that I called. Then I waited. This is what's happened so far with each...there are a few that I need help knowing what I should do next.

-Check Into Cash - They started calling immediately. Called me once. When I didn't answer, called my job and my 2 references. Talked to them today, they broke my $345 balance into 2 payments due on my next 2 pay days. Super nice despite the fact they want a prepaid Visa.

-Havent heard anything out of Ameriloan yet or PayDay Max at all, which makes me very nervous.

-CK Marketing sent me this: "Dear customer, I just received your information. Call now for assistance." And that was it. With a subject line of "Real Solutions."

-OneClickCash sent me an email stating my current balance was 640.00 and in collections but they can offer me a settlement of 520 if paid by 6/05 in full. Then telling me I signed the loan paperwork, I could have refused the loan. And that for the settlement they would need ACH access back via emailed permission or a prepaid debit card.

-Finally, my storefront (Advance America) after telling them what was going on and I had closed my account, and would like to be put on a payment plan, they just nonchalantly tell me to bring them in a new check from my new account and rewrite. No worries. Lacking much backbone, I said, um, okay. And am supposed to do that tomorrow.

On a final note, I have been getting calls from a 000-000-0000 for three days but never a voicemail. And also a very vague email from Credit Depot. Are they part of one of the companies I've listed because the email was very, very vague? Said as my loans were returned for "insufficient funds" (I closed the account) please call 1-855-883-2270 immediately.

What should I do next with these companies? I'm a nervous wreck, looking for reassurance. Thank you so much in advance!!
