I need to find out if a pdl is legal or not. How will i find it. I am thinking to take out a payday loan but I'm confused. I keep hearing about legal and illegal pdls. How will I distinguish between the two? Please help


You have to verify the information you have on payday lenders with your state regulators and the attorney general of your state.

Another way of digging information is to check the official website of the payday loan company. Check if they have proper contact details. Read the about us section and the footer section of the website. If it is written that the lender is tribal, then it is an illegal payday loan company.
