I have four payday loans, but only know the names of 2 of them, first bank of delaware and cred ed. Is there a way i can find out what the other two are so I can check if they are legal?

I'm afraid there isn't any way to find out about your PDL lenders if you've forgotten which I know of.
Look at your bank statements. Provide more info, it will help us

-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
