i live in tx. i took 2 payday loans out last year that i paid back in full on one checking account. later, i took out the loans again on a new checking account that i plan on closing because i have paid too much.
my question is....will they go back to the checking account i used the first time to try and get payment?
one was paydaymax the other speedy cash.
