First Bank of Delaware/MN limits

I just read that MN has a pay day loan maximum amount of $350. I have a loan with them for $800, plus an exorbinate amount of interest. Did I do something illegal?

First Bank of Delaware is an installment loan. So it does not fall under the guidelines of PDL laws of your state. And they're legal as well.
