PDL in VA & TN - lost and need help!

I have four PDL out (2 in VA and 2 in TN) they are as follows:
VIRGINIA:
First Choice Cash Advance (storefront) loan amt - 500, total to pay back - 620, pd 160 now owe 460.
Approved Cash Advance (storefront) loan amt - 500, total to pay back - 620 -- have made no payment yet
TENNESSEE:
Cash Company (storefront) loan amt: 400 total to pay back: 430 -- no payments yet
Southern Title Loans (storefront) loan amt: 200
I know it may not seem like a lot compared to what I have read here, but I'm still in desperate need of help. I have no idea what to do and feel like these loans are suffocating me. I don't make enough money to pay them all off when I need to with all my bills, what are my options? I'm confused and stressed out!

I live in the state of VA. Yes, I went into these storesr to obtain these loans. I did write post dated checks; however, my wallet was stolen and i lost my debit card, social security card, drivers license, etc. and had to get a new account number bc of identity theft. i'm just embarassed that i let myself fall into this and embarassed that i can't pay it all back upon the agreed contract time.
