Hello, could you please email your response to me? EMAIL REMOVED. thank you. Well I have 5 PDLs. I did my research and found out that 2 out of the 5 of these lenders are illegal/unlicensed. PDLs unfortunately ARE legal in my state of SC. I have a debt settlement program Persels & Associates dealing with other debts. I am tempted to put the 2 PDLs that have mailing USA addresses onto my plan as well. As for the 3 other ones..I'm unsure what to do. I been reading on the forum to firstly close my account and make a new account. Before I go to my bank with this proposal, I wanted to seek help on here. if you email me, I can respond asap. Well, I got a bit of news for you, about 2 years ago my cousin started getting calls from Persels & Associates. You know what they were eating her head for? No no, nothing as nice as debt relief. They were calling her to collect on PaydayMax loan (which is an illegal offshore lender).

So do you really believe that payday loan debt relief/consolidation through them or through any other company which claims to consolidate/settle ILLEGAL payday loans have only good intentions? For me, these people are as shady as they get.

You already pointed out that 2 of them are legal. Go through the link in Soaplady's signature line and learn how to handle them.

As for the other 3, please list out their names. Maybe we can help or at least give you a few pointers.
