Payday-Loan-Yes First National

Anyone had any experience with these individuals. Sent a C&D, someone who id's themselves from First National keeps calling - but when I call the number back it's payday-loan-yes. I've requested they quit calling me at work, but today they called my boss - stupid of me to put real information on the application. Any advise? When I speak to a person there named John he yells at me every time and tells me that I only call him back to complain and then hangs up on me.


I wish there was something I could tell you to do that would make them stop, the problem is, they are unlicensed and illegal. They will stop at nothing to get their money and then some, whether it be legal or not. They think they are above the law. The best thing you can do is- DO NOT talk to them when they call. Hang up immediately. They may continue to call repeatedly but will tire sooner of talking to thin air then someone to argue with. Keep in mind there is no reasoning with these type of people, they are criminals.

Shazzers is right-they are illegal and will harass the living daylights out of you.
They harassed me for weeks...........on my cell phone and at work. I told them I could not receive their calls at work and they don't care. I instructed our receptionist that any calls that came in for me were to be put right into voicemail.
Also, file complaints.

I received yet another call from someone identifying themselves as being with First National Services, not a CA but according to the person I spoke with the lender on the loan. Offering to settle my debt of #350 (made a payment of $105 for fees on this loan) for the wonderful amount of $590.00. I asked for DV and was advised that they'd send it to me if I gave them a credit/debit card number and paid $50 today. I asked for a physical mailing address and they have one, but if they gave it out they are afraid that people would come there and hurt them - their words not mine. What a joke!!!
I got a fax number of 800-418-6073, can anyone help me trace this number back to an address so I can send appropriate paperwork?
