are the following paydaylenders registered in FL MY CASH NOW LOANPOINTUSA FLOBRIDGE PARADISEADVANCECASH CASHINAWINK


CSO's (Credit Service Organizations) are required to register with the secretary of state, payday lenders are required to be licensed in your state. The following lenders are not:
Loanpointusa
Paradisecash
Flobridge
Mycashnow

I think that Cashinawink is a CSO, I do know they have a license in Delaware, to be certain, call your DFI.

TN doesn't require Internet payday lenders to be licensed in your state, they require an Internet payday lender to be licensed SOMEwhere in the U.S. and you would need to follow the laws of the state they are licensed in. I need to research this to see in Flobridge is licensed anywhere, will return with more info soon.
