I have been working through my payday loan hell for a few months now and will say as long as you stick to what the experts on say here you will be fine. Make sure you close your current bank account and open a new one before you send out the letters to these companies otherwise they will try to take as much as they can.[/COLOR]

I also have ppl calling me and telling me that bmg and djr group are trying to get me for writing bad checks? What should i do about that?

[COLOR=black]File complaints with the AG's office, FTC and local police because they are breaking the law. You can also get their addresses to send C&D letters to as well as a debt validation request. [/COLOR]

tell them to stuff it as neither is really located in the US and they can't do anything except threaten illegaly.yes threatening you with a crime,and that writing bad checks is a crime is an illegal threat.also an ACH is not a check.just a couple of illegal pdl pond scum needing to try and scare money out of people as they have nothing else.
