is capital a legal paydaylaon company in florida over the internet? I borrowed money from them got in in some money trouble lost my house and job and never paid them back now they are calling me telling me i am going to jail. Can they do this? Is this legal? They will not talk to me about making payments all i hear is see you in court talk to the judge you have a worthless check.

well since no internet loan is legal in FL the threat of jail is an empty one.i would file an AG complaint,and a police report as threatning you with jail is against the law.btw since this was an illegal loan not only do you only owe the principle,but anything in "fees"debited gets deducted from that amount.example:
you borrow 250.00.they debited 85.00 three times.you overpaid by 5.00 and owe nothing more.even if you do owe it isn't the inflated amount they claim,and they have to use scare tactics to try and get money because they have nothing else.file the report and complaints.then ignore them.a waste of your time to engage them.
