Hi,

I have several pay day loans from the internet and live in Florida.

One is from Credit Protection Services and I asked for their address today and they claim they have no mailing address. Well, I informed them I would not
be paying them, they can sue, put a judgment whatever
because my credit can't get much lower.

Is it legal in Florida to get pay day loans through the internet. I know there are Pay Day loan places
all over Florida I just don't know if they are legal
from the internet.

Thank you for your help.

I have a loan with Geneva Roth-350, I owe $260.00, it says above they can't do roll overs and can't prosecute criminally, that means they can't sue me?

I also have a loan with Magnum and they set up a payment plan but Have not paid anything yet

I have one with Credit Protection, they are the ones that won't give me an address and when I try to email them, my emails come back, I am not paying them back because for one I can't afford to and also they have to be illegal with no email no address and I have tried searching on the internet for them and nothing comes up, very fishy!!!

These are the loans I have out, the only one I will pay back is Geneva Roth but I may try to pay Magnum too, not sure yet....

Thank you for your help, this is so stressful, I should have never gotten myself in this mess, I work 40 hours per week plus a second job and I can't afford for them to garnish wages. I am a single parent getting no child support and we need every penny just like everyone else on here!!

Don't worry, it will be ok! We've all been there!
We'll get you straightened out here, Kash really knows her stuff.
You won't be garnished..I promise. These companies are lending illegally, no judge will grant a judgement.
However..It would be a good idea to write a wage assignment revocation letter. Simply state that you revoke any and all wage assignments as of now. Sign it and date it. Send a copy to your PDLS, and give HR a copy. Things will work out, I promise! We're here for you!

I do not believe that Magnum or Geneva Roth are even licensed/legal to begin with. As for Credit Protection Services, is this an actual pdl? Or is this a collection agency for a pdl? I've heard the name; however, I don't believe it's a pdl name. Magnum and Geneva Roth would be internet loans, kash. Now as for Credit Protection Services, they might be a collection agency.

Magnum-I owe $460.00

Credit Protection-$360.00

Geneva Roth-$390.00

These are the amounts, now the Magnum said I could pay $46.00 until it is paid off and they wouldn't charge anymore late fees, do I need to pay this one off?

thanks again for calming me down!!
