I live in florida have 5 internet loans. cant make ends meat. finance charges and the roll overs are killing me. loans are from these leanders.
americash. for 900. paid 100 down and about 520 in finance fees. cashstar for 300. pd 100 down and 180 in fees, there phone has been disconnected al of a suuden. payday avenue for 400.viploanshop for 400 pd 100 down about 330 in finance fees. and greenlightfunding for 350.


You will be just fine. Look under this comment for a link to look up Florida laws regarding payday loans. From some of what you stated, about the disconnected phone number, they sound illegal and or unlicensed to loan in your state. If indeed they are unlicensed to loan in Florida, you legally don't have to pay them a dime.

Is this agreement legal. I Live in florida. internet loans about to default on them. Just read the agreement on one of them. who reads ahead of time right. I will post what theres said, now which state do i go by. Florida or delaware??? should i tell two of my internet lenders that I paid more than enough according to florida law . And try to work out a pyment plan for the other three internet lenders.

heres what i paid to the two in which I think i should be done with by Fl. law

vip loan shop. 400.loan pd 670.00
cashstar. 300.loan pd 550.00
