Loans in florida with 9 internet lenders. Are they legal? I have paid on several and on others have not made any payments. They are bouncing at my credit union have 200 in nsf charges. What do I do? I have gone to greenpath debt solutions. They are going to try to put them on my plan and pay them 10 a month. I am sure they won't go for it. Any ideas?

I replied to it, if it is, you need to ditch the debt solution company, ILLEGAL LENDERS DO NOT NEGOTIATE, and you nor a debt solution company should even try, why, because they are illegal!! If a debt solution company is telling you they can take care of these lenders DON'T believe it for a second, Illegal lenders are LIARS, and will continue to harass the hell out of you during and after it is all 'supposedly' settled with a debt solution company.

CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT and follow the advice I gave you in the link above.
