Florida PDL

I have a PDL from Fast Payday Loans and I want to get out. I borrow $500 and pay them $555 every two weeks. Obviously the $110/month is getting annoying but I have tried to just stop or even dwindling down the amount I borrow($500 then $450 then $400 etc.) Is it possible to call them and see if i can do a repayment plan? Do I default on it? Any advice would be helpful!

This is a store front loan from "Fast Payday Loans" and it is NOT an installment loan. I'm in Florida.

Look at the front door and see if they are a member of CFSA! If they are, they are required to permit you to set up an extended payment plan! I think they are also under Florida law but I will have to check that out! If they do set up a plan do not go running to Amscot or Ace Cash for another loan! The computer system in Florida will not allow it! Also do not even think about an internet loan! You will get in over your head and escaping will be extremely stressful!
