I Live in florida. internet loans about to default on them. Just read the agreement on one of them. who reads ahead of time right. I will post what theres said, now which state do i go by. Florida or delaware??? It's quite clear from your post that AmeriCash isn't licensed in your state but in Delaware. And, a lender needs to be licensed in the state it???s doing business to lend and collect against the loans. It doesn???t matter that they are licensed in another state. You can read here how to deal with illegal pdls.
