we need more deatails please.like

names of each pdl
amount borrowed from each
total amount debited by each including rollovers and fees
what state are you in.

answer those and we can help you here.

live in florida.
have 5 loans. all internet.
americash-900.pd 100.dwn finace charges pd 520.
cashstar-300.pd 100.dwn,finace charges pd 270.
vip loan shop. 400. pd 100.dwn finabe charges pd 330.
greenlightfunding 350. pd 0
payday avenue 400. pd 0
cant keep up with regular bills and paying off loans at the same time. should i close checking acct. and send out my letters and ask for a payment plan. all this is just adding more stress.

not sure about americash,but the others are not legal in FL.the sticky at the top of this forum will guide you in dealing with illegal lenders.including the closing of your current account.will look up americash to see if you need to contact them and make arrangements.the others can wait until you catch up on other bills.

Close your account and protect the funds that you have. Pay your regular bills first before stressing over the pdls. They are illegal so you only owe the principal amount borrowed. Do not contact them before closing your account or they will try and take their full balance.

I think the illegal ones are the hardest to work with. They get very nasty. Will use any means they can to get your to submit payment because by being illegal they wont take you to court. Harass, threaten, intimadate thats all they know.
