Western Sky/Cash Call

So, I still have not heard a thing from Cash Call regarding my loan that originated from Western Sky. They are still reporting to the CRA's of course, but unless I'm mistaken, they are only reporting that I am delinquent, but the balance isn't going up... I'll have to double check. I sent complaints to the South Dakota AG, and the California AG, and I got responses from both saying that they forwarded the complaints to the respective companies. So now I'll just sit and wait.

Still trying to dispute with the CRA's to no avail yet...

Cash call is relentless..I sent them the ACh revok letter two weeks ago..they stopped debting my account but they call at least 9 times a day, i dont pick up. i did receive a letter from them explaining the legality of western sky and it also gave me a print out of what I've paid. When do these phone calls stop! I'm not going to cave in to these crooks!
