I will add my name to the hundreds? of names here needing help with payday loans. I have been keeping up so far with the 4 outstanding loans I currently have, but got hit with a funeral and car repair and I am slowly sinking.....
I live in Wisconsin and have 3 internet payday loans and 1 storefront loan.
1. Check into Cash (storefront) borrowed $425.00/loan balance $325.00; total paid so far = $364.00
2. Frascella Enterprises of Delaware aka 800900cash (internet) borrowed 600.00/loan balance $540.00; total paid so far = $485.16
3. Integrity Advance (internet) borrowed $500/loan balance $450 = total amount paid so far: $928.00
4. SCS/Everest (internet) borrowed 400 (fin charge 120) no rollover limit...been rolling a long time/loan balance $400; total paid so far $720.00
From what I can tell Wisconsin has the least laws on the books to help with this....am considering closing my checking acct I have had for 15 years but hope that is a last resort.
Please help!

Your payday loan laws are at the link below:
paydayloaninfo.org/stateinfo/WI.asp
Your state had some funny laws, Internet payday lenders aren't legal in your state if you were solicited, if you weren't, then they don't need to be licensed in your state, they can be licensed in ANY state.

I happen to know that Integrity Advance and Everest aren't licensed anywhere, so you have overpaid them and are due a refund, all you would have been obligated to pay them would be the amount you borrowed less any interest and fees. I'm not sure about Frascella Enterprises but I will research them to see where they are licensed, it might be in DE.

Check n Go are legal lenders and are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), this is good news because it means you are eligible for an EPP, click the link below to read about the EPP, you may have to push the issue but you ARE eligible and they MUST allow you to sign up for it:

Make sure you close it asap, either that or place a hard debt block on it because the bank might charge you for the attempts, and that would rack up more charges for you.

Me again - My bank "seems" to be very concerned about my dilemma and offered to open a new/seperate account (with different numbers). When I asked them if the PDLs would be able to access that they said "oh no". In WI they can only try to put through an ACH 2 times, I was also assured that since my account was negative no further charges can come through. They put an ACH block on my "old account" and said they would watch for any attempts to withdrawal anything from this account since I told them I no longer write checks or use my check card....is it still a better idea to close it out completely? I do really love this bank.....
