Back in Oct - 2009, I sent out my ACH revoke letters and now I am getting the phone calls,
I received a message now from a guy who said he was w/the Fraud & Check Division and he was handing my case over to Union County, he left a phone # 904-619-3951 (does anyone know this #) Should I call him and if I do what should I ask from him?
Can someone please help
Thanks

Hi Cool Abyss,

Thanks for getting back, in the past you and everyone else have given me some good information.
I do have a loan w/ACE here is the thing, I believe this guy is calling from Fl. (that is where ace is located ) I got two loans from Ace (they just put the money in my account, i later found the email in my spam folder) when I closed my account this was right after i got the second loan from ACE, The first one I owe about $100.00,
the second is for 200.00 which I plan on paying, but I have not heard from them until now. I do not want to give them any bank information.
should I ask for my balance due and have them send everything in writing?
How do I start making payments and what can i do to make sure that they do not take my payments and then say i still owe them.

Cool Abyss - I have several out, but when I googled the number it showed it was in Fl. and it looks as if it could be ACE Cash Services or JHS MArketing, both of these are in FL.

I have also been getting calls from internationl Payment services, telling me they are going to send their Lawyer to my job to talk to my manager (right).

My main concern, right now is the call from Fl. saying that they are going to hand my case over to Union County, NJ (who in Union County, they did not say) but I do not like the word FRAUD and that has me a little concerned. By the way, this is the first time they called me and they are giving me to the end of today to call.

Ace Cash Services is Illegal in most states. Please do not worry about their empty threats.

To give yourself piece of mind you can call your states county court division to check for pending cases against you. You can also contact Florida state's county as well. I am almost positive there are no cases filed against you. No one will be coming to your job because they are collecting on a ILLEGAL debt in the first place.

Next time they call ensure they know the company they are collecting for is not licensed to do business in your state and watch them choke! IMO, I would just ignore them altogether ;)

Best of Luck!!

Thanks for the information.

When you get a call from the PDL's are they allowed to give information out?
International Payment Services has been calling my reference's and yesterday they called my supervisor, but they left the message on my ext. not hers, hmmm.. they said on the message that they were from a PDL Company and I have not paid my loan and I am avoiding them, They also stated that if my supervisor wanted anymore information on MY account to call her and they can discuss it further. I thought it was illegal to discuss any personal information w/someone other then that person. I still have it on my messages.

Please file a complaint with the FTC about this company, provide as much information as possible.
