what are the laws one click cash is trying to say that i wrote a bad check when i had told them that my account was closed due to fraudulent activity and im trying to make payment arrangements, what can i do my accouny is in there final collections dept ...

Here are the state laws for VA regarding payday loans (just select your state),

http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html

What this means, in a nutshell, is that they cannot pursue criminal charges against you for defaulting on a payday loan. If the lender is licensed in your state, they can (and most likely will) take you to court if you do not pay. Virginia's law does not state that the lender has to offer you a repayment plan - so if they're licensed and trying to play hardball, you need to be aware that they don't have to offer you a repayment plan. But it's in their best interest to offer it - otherwise they don't get paid.

uk, One Click Cash is not even licensed/legal to lend anywhere in the United States. They are operating illegally. And, as for claiming you "wrote a bad check", no you didn't. They have no check. This was an internet loan. Keep in mind when they threaten you that they are NOT licensed/legal.
